I started BTP Collective, which stands for Behind the Prime, after years of seeing how chaotic and confusing the Amazon ecosystem really is. I spent multiple years inside Amazon itself, training global Seller Support teams and working directly on escalations that most people never see.
Later, I took that experience to top Amazon agencies where I led strategy and managed multiple seven figure brands, solving problems, building systems, and translating Amazon’s internal mess into something sellers could actually work with.
